We never thought of creating a magazine, KINK is the product of an exhibition in which we participated more than 18 years ago, where we hung 24 pages of a magazine as an piece of art. We never thought of publishing it, we did not have any money. A collector and friend saw it and offered to pay for the first issue in exchange for the original artwork. We accepted.

We have never depended on advertising to do it. In all these years, we have not wanted it to lose that essence of a magazine that is bought in a gallery or a museum. We have never intended to make money out of it, but it is important that the magazine supports itself.

For this reason we are launching a new Special Edition, in pre-sale, which will be sent by registered mail as soon as we get our hands on the next Kink, probably next April. Thanks to you we have been able to keep this project alive for 18 years, and we would love to continue counting on your support in the future.

Nunca nos planteamos hacer una revista, KINK es producto de una exposición en la que participamos hace ya más de 18 años, dónde colgamos 24 páginas de una revista a modo de obra. Nunca pensamos publicarla, no teníamos dinero. Un coleccionista y amigo la vio y se ofreció para pagar el primer número a cambio de obra original. Aceptamos.

Nunca hemos dependido de la publicidad. En todos estos años no hemos querido que perdiese ese aire de revista que se compra en una galería o en un museo. Tampoco hemos pretendido ganar dinero con ella, aunque es importante que se mantenga a si misma.

Por esta razón volvemos a lanzar una nueva Edición Especial, en preventa, que será enviada por correo certificado tan pronto como tengamos en nuestras manos el próximo Kink, previsiblemente el próximo mes de Abril.

Gracias a ti hemos podido mantener vivo este proyecto durante 18 años, y nos encantaría seguir contando con tu apoyo en el futuro.
